Our last days in Australia

For our last two days in Western Australia, we visited a good friend of Barb's who lives in Rockingham. It was so nice of them to take us in for a couple of days while the ladies had time to catch up.

We took a tour around the beaches and a lookout area, enjoyed some meals together and had a restful time.

We climbed our last hill at Point Peron to take in the views of Fremantle and Mandurah. Like always, beautiful.

We are already missing all of our friends who have been so gracious in showing us around, keeping us busy and helping us to see as much of this country as possible.

Our time here in Australia is coming to an end. Tomorrow, we begin our journey back home. We will fly to Sydney tomorrow then up early on Sunday to head to Fiji where we will explore a bit and rest for a couple of days.

Australia is a wonderful country to explore, with something for everyone. The big cities, small towns and of course the many coastlines and beaches we have seen on both the east and west coast. The beauty of the red centre with Uluru, Kata-Tjuta and some other places we did not visit. We are so glad we were finally able to visit.
